Klara Saganić was born in 1995 in Zagreb. She graduated in psychology from the Catholic University of Croatia in 2019, defending her master’s thesis Identification of Moral Profiles in a Student Sample and Their Relation to Personality Traits, Political Attitudes and Religious Orientations. She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in psychology at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Rijeka, with her dissertation focusing on the process of affective coping with experienced parental rejection in childhood.
Since 2020, she has been employed as a teaching assistant at the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Croatian Studies, where she mainly teaches courses in statistics and methodology. Her research interests include family and romantic relationships as well as the psychology of morality. She has authored several scientific papers in the fields of developmental and social psychology. She has completed the first level of training in the Gottman Method for couples therapy. She is a member of the Croatian Psychological Chamber and the International Society for Interpersonal Acceptance and Rejection (ISIPAR).
