AAI@EduHr Electronic Identity

An electronic identity in the AAI@EduHr system is a set of data about an individual used for identity verification (authentication) and access rights verification (authorization). It is stored in a special database – a directory.

Electronic identities are issued to users of CARNET member institutions (students, teachers, professors, and staff), enabling access to numerous services for learning, education, research, and work within the academic community, as well as access to certain e-Citizens services.

More information about applications that use AAI@EduHr is available at:
aaiedu.hr

AAI@EduHr Accounts
Students

Every student of the Faculty of Croatian Studies acquires the right to a user account upon enrolment in the first year of undergraduate or graduate study. The account is created and issued during enrolment.

Employees

After employment, the Human Resources Office provides the data on the new employee. The user account is created according to the type of employment contract (permanent or fixed-term). Access credentials are delivered in person.

External Associates

External associates receive an AAI user account upon signature. The account is created for the current academic year and is extended if the person continues to have the status of external associate.

Guests

Faculty guests may receive an AAI user account upon a written request from the head of the department hosting them. The account is deleted upon the termination of the guest status.
