Career counselling helps students understand and recognise their abilities, interests, values, and knowledge in order to make informed decisions throughout their education, professional training, and ultimately in the labour market.
It includes identifying relevant career information sources, recognising factors that may hinder the achievement of career goals, and providing support in planning further steps in professional development.
The process of engaging in career counselling is simple. You can contact us via email, after which you will receive a link to complete a self-assessment questionnaire on your interests, personality, and skills. This will facilitate the initial stage of working on your career goals. Following this, we will arrange the first meeting and define the pace of our collaborative work on achieving your full potential.
Please feel free to contact us with full confidence.

This is a confidential, impartial, and professional process that provides students with support in overcoming short-term difficulties and adjustment challenges.
Counselling may help by offering emotional support, practical advice, and an objective perspective on issues such as time management, fear of public speaking, or difficulties in interpersonal relationships.
The Centre does not provide ongoing individual psychological counselling or psychotherapy. However, we are happy to offer a one-time informational consultation, either in person or via email (karijerni@fhs.hr).
