Associate Professor at the Department of Psychology, Dr. Maša Tonković Grabovac, appeared as a guest on the Croatian Radiotelevision’s (HRT) Channel One programme “Kod nas doma”, which was broadcast live on Wednesday, 22 October 2025.

As part of this science popularisation activity, Professor Tonković Grabovac discussed the importance of emotions in the workplace and the challenges arising from the conflict between work and family roles in contemporary working conditions.

She addresses these topics within the framework of two ongoing research projects at the Faculty of Croatian Studies: as the principal investigator of the project Psychological Work Well-Being in the Era of Employees in Digital Communication, and as a research associate on the project Live-Long Development of Emotional Competencies.
